Apartments for Rent

WWHT Rental Housing Application Form available here.

Windham & Windsor Housing Trust (WWHT) provides affordable rental housing to low- and moderate-income households, including families and individuals, persons with disabilities or special needs, and the elderly.

WWHT’s rental apartments are housed within multi-family buildings ranging in size from two units to 77 units, located throughout Windham and Windsor Counties.

Some of WWHT’s properties are managed by our own property management staff, and some are managed by Stewart Property Management (SPM) of Bedford, New Hampshire.

In general, properties in northern Windham County (including Bellows Falls & Saxtons River), Windsor County, and the Deerfield Valley are managed by SPM.  To see a list of these properties, click here. For a listing of current vacancies in these properties and to obtain a rental housing application, visit www.stewartproperty.net.

Properties in Brattleboro, Wilmington and Putney are managed by WWHT property management staff.  These properties also include four “single-room occupancy” residences, whereby a resident leases a single room with shared cooking, dining, and living areas in a home-like setting.

Our rents include heat and hot water.   To be considered for rental housing managed by WWHT, you must complete an application form.  Download an application form here, or contact us at (802) 254-4604 extension 101, or email info@w-wht.org to obtain a rental housing application.
