Providing Housing Choice

Windham & Windsor Housing Trust (WWHT) has a rich history of responding to critical community challenges through innovative housing solutions.  Today, over 1,500 local residents reside Windham & Windsor Housing Trust homes throughout the region.

With a mission to serve the needs of citizens who are least served by the prevailing market, WWHT has worked over the years to create a full spectrum of housing opportunities across the county, ranging in size from single-family homes to a 33-unit rental apartment complex, and serving very-low, low- and moderate-income renters and homeowners. Click here to learn more about Apartments for Rent.

WWHT also operates the HomeOwnership Center, which makes affordable homeownership possible for low-and moderate-income households, and provides low-interest rehabilitation loans to help local homeowners carry out essential health and safety repairs to their homes and property.
